With over 15 years of experience in entrepreneurship, investment, and digital health innovation, I’ve built, scaled, and exited multiple companies across continents. Today, I work with founders, executives, and investors to navigate growth, raise capital, and lead with clarity-turning bold ideas into scalable, investable businesses.
Resilience, Innovation, and the Drive to Build
Born and raised in a Siberian town by a single mother devoted to helping patients, I learned early on the value of resourcefulness, discipline, and service.
When I was in third grade, I wanted a pair of black shoes with bows that my mom couldn’t afford. She encouraged me to figure it out on my own—so I did. I saved my lunch money and launched my first business, buying and reselling notepads, pens, and movie posters to classmates. I earned enough to buy the shoes—and realized two things that still guide me today:
1. Solving problems while delivering value is the foundation of any business.
2. I wanted to become a CEO of many companies when I grew up.
Years later, I moved to the United States alone with just $320 to my name—and built a life and career rooted in entrepreneurship, innovation, and scaling impact.
Over the past 15+ years, I’ve brought to market solutions for providers, payers, pharma, medical device, self-insured employers, and patients. I’ve served as an executive, founder, advisor, and investor—working across three continents and partnering with organizations like the United Nations AI for Good, Plug and Play, IBM, and others.
Today, I coach founders and executives, advise venture-backed startups, invest in high-potential teams, and speak globally on innovation, execution, and digital health strategy. I bring a 360° perspective that comes from building, scaling, and exiting companies—and now investing—paired with a hands-on approach to solving real business problems through practical, future-focused solutions.
Outside of work, I live in Switzerland with my partner, our daughter, and our dog Oscar. I still play sports (after 11 years of competitive basketball in Russia, that part of me never left), and I continue to believe that with the right mindset, anything can be built.
My leadership philosophy is built on mentorship, radical candor, and a relentless focus on execution. I believe in fostering high-performing teams by creating an environment of trust, accountability, and continuous learning.
Years of playing basketball at a high level shaped my approach to leadership—emphasizing strategy, adaptability, and collective success. Today, I thrive on taking ideas from concept to market, ensuring that every product is built to solve real problems and drive measurable impact.
With a track record of fundraising and executing exits, I understand the full lifecycle of building and scaling companies. My perspective is shaped by both entrepreneurial and investor lenses, allowing me to anticipate challenges, assess risks, and identify opportunities from all angles.
