My approach to business was shaped long before I entered a boardroom.
Growing up in Siberia, I learned early that resources can be limited while ambition doesn’t have to be. I started my first small business as a child and later moved to the United States with $320 to build a career from the ground up.
Over the following two decades, I built, scaled and exited companies and worked across technology, healthcare and deep tech as a founder, operator, investor and board advisor.
Those experiences shaped a simple belief behind The Scale Foundry:
